Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 5 years of experience in consultative pre-sales engineering, delivering technical business transformation projects to large enterprises or educational institutions. Your hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), mobile hardware and software, and network infrastructure makes you an expert in managing Apple platforms and software deployments at scale.
You possess excellent customer-facing technical presentation skills and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your qualifications include certifications from leading hardware, software, and infrastructure vendors, showcasing your commitment to professional development and expertise in the field.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for enabling customer success through the execution of Apple standard methodology and the development of modern IT infrastructure. You will advise customers on standard processes and work closely with them to understand their needs and challenges. Your ability to problem-solve IT issues in a multi-platform environment will be crucial as you partner with customers and channel partners across Germany and Austria.
You will engage in technical discussions, providing insights and recommendations that align with Apple's vision and customer requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration of Apple technologies into customer environments, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
