Who you are

You are an experienced computer systems or technology architect with a strong background in datacenter systems architecture. You possess the ability to influence and drive new product designs while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams. Your expertise in complex server design solutions allows you to understand tradeoff considerations for datacenter applications effectively.

You have a proven track record of providing physical architectural guidance and leadership, establishing new product definitions and requirements. Your experience includes pathfinding on novel system architecture choices and working closely with architects, system engineers, technical leads, and vendors to deliver innovative solutions.

You are skilled in analyzing and supporting thermal management solutions and trade-offs, anticipating future SoC requirements, and negotiating with internal teams to align with physical architecture solutions. Your ability to author system architecture specifications and conduct reviews with product teams is a testament to your leadership capabilities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the solutions for delivering physical architecture solutions for datacenter platforms. You will drive physical architecture investigations for product system integration options through active collaboration with mechanical, physical, electrical, thermal, power, and signal integration design stakeholders. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing new product definitions and requirements.

You will analyze, guide, and support thermal management solutions and trade-offs, ensuring that the products meet performance, size, power, thermal, and cost goals. Your role will involve authoring system architecture specifications and system interface and connectivity diagrams, conducting reviews with product teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to influence and drive new product designs, leveraging your subject matter expertise in complex server design solutions. Your ability to negotiate with internal SoC teams will be essential in aligning physical architecture solutions with integration opportunities.
