Who you are

You are an experienced computer systems or technology architect with a strong background in datacenter systems architecture. You possess the ability to influence and drive new product designs while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams. Your expertise in creating system architectures allows you to surprise and delight customers while advancing product performance, size, power, thermal, and cost goals.

You have a deep understanding of complex server design solutions and can navigate trade-off considerations for datacenter applications. Your leadership skills enable you to provide physical architectural guidance and establish new product definitions and requirements effectively. You are adept at analyzing and supporting thermal management solutions and trade-offs, ensuring that all aspects of system design are optimized for performance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the solutions for delivering physical architecture solutions for datacenter platforms. You will engage in pathfinding on novel system architecture choices, collaborating with a broad group of architects, system engineers, technical leads, HW/SW managers, and vendors. Your responsibilities will include authoring system architecture specifications and conducting reviews with product teams to ensure alignment with design goals.

You will analyze and guide thermal management solutions, anticipating future SoC requirements and negotiating with internal teams to align with physical architecture solutions. Your role will require you to drive physical architecture investigations for product system integration options, actively collaborating with mechanical, physical, electrical, thermal, power, and signal integration design stakeholders.
