You possess a strong understanding of tolerance analysis for parts and assemblies — this knowledge allows you to craft machine qualification requirements effectively. Your experience includes working with design of experiments and failure analysis, ensuring that you can contribute to the development of technically complex opto-electronics modules.

You are knowledgeable in Six Sigma principles, which you apply to enhance manufacturing processes and improve product quality. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams makes you a key stakeholder in design-for-manufacturing initiatives, where your insights directly impact the design, cost, and quality of new products.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for innovating precision assembly and measurement processes — your work will drive continuous improvement in equipment yield, efficiency, and speed. As a key stakeholder, you will influence the design and development of opto-electronics modules, ensuring that they meet both technical specifications and customer expectations. Your role will involve analyzing data and implementing Six Sigma methodologies to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.
