Who you are
You have a strong background in user experience design, with at least 5 years of experience focusing on enterprise digital experiences. Your expertise in the human-centered design process allows you to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that meet business and user needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with partners and leaders across the organization to refine ideas and deliver exceptional products. Your passion for design is matched by your understanding of the Apple ecosystem, enabling you to craft solutions that resonate with users. You are skilled in conducting user interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing, ensuring that your designs are informed by real user feedback. Your proficiency in low-fidelity prototyping and high-fidelity mock-ups allows you to communicate your ideas effectively and iterate based on stakeholder input.
Desirable
Experience with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and user satisfaction.
What you'll do
As the Lead Product Designer for AppleCare Digital, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing digital content and experiences that help users maximize their use of Apple products. You will lead the design process from concept to deployment, ensuring that all aspects of the user experience are considered. Your role will involve conducting thorough business and user needs analysis, facilitating user interviews, and mapping user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. You will create low-fidelity prototypes to test ideas quickly and iterate based on user feedback, followed by developing high-fidelity mock-ups that align with Apple's design standards. After deployment, you will monitor and measure the success of your designs, using analytics to inform future iterations and enhancements. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that your designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
