Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field and at least 3 years of relevant experience in managing engineering projects. Your background includes a strong understanding of digital circuit design and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. You possess excellent organizational skills and a knack for problem-solving, especially under tight schedule constraints. Your technical knowledge allows you to engage effectively with circuit design issues and CAD interactions, ensuring that projects run smoothly.

You are a talented Engineering Program Manager or a technical leader who thrives in a collaborative environment. You understand the intricacies of managing the development cycle for foundational IPs such as SRAMs, standard cells, and digital customs. Your creativity and technical expertise enable you to drive cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems efficiently.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development process for digital circuit designs that are integral to Apple products like the Mac, iPhone, and iPad. You will partner with the Circuit Design Engineering team to craft project plans, identify and resolve blockers, and align work across multiple parallel projects. Your role will involve driving the development cycle and ensuring that circuit design issues are addressed promptly. You will also facilitate CAD interactions and oversee test chip development and analysis, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed with precision.

You will collaborate closely with hardware technology teams, leveraging your technical knowledge to guide project direction and execution. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be crucial in aligning team efforts and achieving project goals. You will be instrumental in delivering industry-leading power and performance in Apple's custom chips, contributing to the overall success of the product development process.
