You have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field and at least 3 years of relevant experience in managing engineering projects. Your background includes a strong understanding of digital circuit design and the ability to work collaboratively across hardware, software, and systems teams. You possess excellent organizational skills and a knack for solving complex technical problems under tight deadlines. Your technical knowledge allows you to effectively communicate with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring that project goals are met efficiently. You are detail-oriented and have a passion for innovative design, which drives you to deliver high-quality results in your work.
What you'll do
As a Digital Circuits Engineering Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development process for foundational IPs such as SRAMs, standard cells, and digital customs used in Appleβs custom chips. You will partner with the Circuit Design Engineering team to drive the development cycle, addressing circuit design issues and facilitating CAD interactions. Your role will involve crafting project plans, identifying and resolving blockers, and aligning the Digital Circuits Group's work across multiple parallel projects. You will leverage your creativity and technical expertise to lead cross-functional teams, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to manage tight schedules while maintaining a focus on quality will be crucial to the success of the projects you oversee.
