Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field and at least 3 years of relevant experience in managing engineering projects. Your background includes a strong understanding of digital circuit design and the ability to work collaboratively across hardware, software, and systems teams. You possess excellent organizational skills and a knack for driving cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems under tight schedule constraints. Your technical knowledge allows you to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, ensuring that project goals are met efficiently.

You are a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your creativity and technical expertise enable you to craft project plans that align with the goals of the Digital Circuits Group (DCG). You are comfortable identifying and resolving blockers, ensuring that the development cycle flows smoothly. Your experience in CAD and test chip development will be invaluable as you partner with the Circuit Design Engineering team to drive projects forward.

What you'll do

As a Digital Circuit Engineering Program Manager, you will manage the development process for foundational IPs such as SRAMs, standard cells, and digital customs used in Apple’s custom chips. You will work closely with hardware technology teams, design, CAD, and technology teams to create comprehensive project plans. Your role will involve aligning the DCG team's work across multiple parallel projects, ensuring that all aspects of the development cycle are executed effectively.

You will be responsible for driving the development cycle and addressing circuit design issues as they arise. Your ability to interact with CAD tools and analyze test chips will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of Apple’s digital designs. You will leverage your organizational skills to coordinate efforts across various teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet the required specifications.
