You have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field and at least 3 years of relevant experience in managing engineering projects. Your technical knowledge and organizational skills enable you to drive cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems under tight schedule constraints. You possess a strong understanding of digital circuit design and are familiar with foundational IPs such as SRAMs and standard cells. Your ability to work collaboratively across hardware, software, and systems teams is essential for creating optimized products that deliver exceptional user experiences.

What you'll do

As a Digital Circuit Engineering Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development process for foundational IPs used in Apple custom chips. You will work directly with hardware technology teams to craft project plans, identify and resolve blockers, and align the work of the Digital Circuits Group across multiple parallel projects. Your role will involve driving the development cycle and addressing circuit design issues, CAD interaction, and Testchip development and analysis. You will collaborate closely with design, CAD, and technology teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet Apple's high standards for quality and performance.

You will leverage your technical knowledge to guide cross-functional teams in solving complex technical challenges. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be crucial in aligning project goals and ensuring that all team members are on the same page. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to keep everything on track. Your leadership will help foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, driving the successful delivery of cutting-edge digital designs.
