Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree and over 3 years of relevant industry experience, particularly in RFIC layout design. Your expertise includes FinFet technology, and you are knowledgeable in custom RF/analog layout for radio transceivers. You possess a solid understanding of layout techniques for device matching, minimizing parasitics, RF shielding, and high-frequency routing. Your skills extend to interpreting CALIBRE DRC, ERC, and LVS in FinFet technology, showcasing your technical proficiency. You also have scripting skills in Perl or SKILL, which enhance your layout capabilities.
What you'll do
As an RFIC Layout Engineer, you will be a key member of the RFIC team, responsible for the detailed transistor-level layout of RF and analog circuit blocks, including LNA, mixers, PLL, and power amplifiers. You will engage in block-level layout through the full verification flow, which includes extraction, DRC, LVS, and signal coupling. Your role will involve researching and designing next-generation wireless technologies, ensuring they are ready for high-volume production in advanced CMOS technology nodes. You will collaborate closely with other engineers to bring innovative solutions to life, contributing to the development of state-of-the-art energy-efficient CMOS radios.
