Who you are

You have a BS degree and at least 3 years of industry experience in SoC design, showcasing your ability to tackle complex engineering challenges. Your background includes working on front-end integration activities, synthesis, and low power design, demonstrating your technical expertise in the field. You are familiar with methodologies that enhance synthesis quality of results and have experience writing UPFs for power intent verification at the chip level. Your knowledge of RTL integration and timing constraints further solidifies your capability in this role.

You possess strong scripting skills, which are a plus for improving design flows and methodologies. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including SOC Design, SOC Design Verification, Emulation, STA, Power, and Physical Design teams. You thrive in environments where problem-solving is key, and you enjoy the challenge of working on innovative technologies that push the boundaries of what's possible.

What you'll do

As a SoC Integration and Synthesis Engineer at Apple, you will drive all front-end integration activities, including integration, synthesis, UPF, logical equivalence, and ECO. You will work closely on methodology improvements aimed at enhancing synthesis quality of results. Your responsibilities will also include working on low power design, writing UPFs, and ensuring power intent verification at the chip level. You will engage in RTL integration, timing constraints, and synthesis of designs, contributing to the overall success of the SOC design process.
