What you'll do

As a SoC Validation Engineer at Apple, you will be responsible for validating Apple’s System on Chips (SoCs) through rigorous testing and debugging processes. You will collaborate with a team of engineers to execute system tests across various Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT) corners, ensuring that the SoCs meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Your role will involve defining and implementing validation plans that address potential issues and characterizing the functional voltage of SoCs under different workloads. When anomalies occur, you will be the first line of defense, utilizing your debugging skills to triage issues and work with domain experts to isolate and resolve failures.

You will also contribute to the development of automation frameworks that streamline the testing process, allowing for efficient execution of tests on large volumes of prototype SoCs. Your insights and findings will play a crucial role in the iterative design process, helping to refine and enhance Apple’s cutting-edge hardware products.
