You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. With over 5 years of programming experience in Python or C++, you have developed tools and automation frameworks that enhance product reliability. Your expertise in analyzing and optimizing iOS apps, systems, and frameworks makes you a valuable asset to the team. You are passionate about driving end-to-end product reliability based on insights from field data analysis, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work cross-functionally with development and quality engineering teams.

You possess strong analytical skills that allow you to visualize data from application performance and real-world lab test scenarios. Your experience in designing tests and developing automated test solutions to benchmark and stress the HomeKit framework is crucial for this role. You are motivated by the challenge of improving the stability of the Apple Home Ecosystem and are eager to lead technical investigations that drive product enhancements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end product reliability based on insights derived from field data analysis. You will design tests and develop automated test solutions to benchmark and stress the HomeKit framework, ensuring that the products meet the highest standards of quality. Your work will involve analyzing and visualizing data from application performance and real-world lab test scenarios, which will help identify areas for improvement.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with development and quality engineering teams across different sites and time zones, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on product goals and quality standards. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience, as you work to craft the most amazing home automation experience that customers will love.
