What you'll do

In this role, you will ensure the technical integrity of solutions developed for state and local government customers. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions we provide meet their needs and integrate seamlessly into their existing systems. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical assessments, providing guidance on best practices, and supporting the sales team in technical discussions with customers.

You will coordinate with accessory makers and independent software vendors to ensure that all components of the solution work together effectively. Your role will involve troubleshooting any technical issues that arise during the implementation process and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for documenting technical specifications and creating training materials for end-users.
