You have over 5 years of experience in HR/People analytics, with a strong focus on talent management and performance assessment. Your expertise includes designing and developing research programs from start to finish, ensuring that you can lead strategy and align stakeholders effectively. You possess outstanding communication skills, enabling you to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive audiences. Your hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Excel allows you to produce compelling visualizations that drive decision-making.

Your educational background includes a Bachelor's degree, and you may also hold a Master's degree or Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related fields. You are adept at storytelling with data, which helps you convey your findings in a way that resonates with senior leaders and influences organizational strategies.

What you'll do
