Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management, ideally with a focus on program management and strategic implementation. You possess a strong understanding of how to translate enterprise talent strategies into effective programs that enhance performance and engagement across the organization. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to partner effectively with HR business partners, centers of excellence, and business leaders. You thrive in environments that require autonomy and accountability, and you are committed to continuous improvement in all aspects of your work.
Desirable
Experience in the public sector or with organizations that serve government entities is a plus. You have a track record of successfully launching and measuring talent programs that drive leadership capability and employee engagement. Your ability to analyze data and derive insights will help you make informed decisions that align with the organization's goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and lead significant segments of the enterprise talent portfolio, ensuring that programs are effectively planned, launched, and adopted. You will collaborate closely with HR business partners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with the overall talent strategy. Your responsibilities will include developing scalable and sustainable programs that enhance employee performance and engagement. You will also be tasked with measuring the effectiveness of these programs and making adjustments as necessary to ensure they meet the needs of the organization.
You will engage with various teams across the organization to foster a culture of high performance and accountability. Your role will involve significant program management discipline, where you will oversee the implementation of talent initiatives and ensure they are executed efficiently. You will also be responsible for communicating the value of these programs to stakeholders and advocating for their continued support.
