You have a Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience in test engineering, particularly in the development and debugging of test programs and hardware for system-on-chip (SoC) devices. Your strong programming skills enable you to write and debug test programs effectively, ensuring high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You thrive on attention to detail and understand the importance of every aspect of the testing process, from characterization to production.

Your proficiency with ATE platforms such as Teradyne UFlex/J750/ip750 and Advantest 93k showcases your ability to handle complex testing environments. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinating test-related activities, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the testing process. You enjoy tackling challenges and are adept at evaluating new products for testability and operability.

What you'll do

As a Senior SoC Test Engineer at Apple, you will be responsible for crafting and debugging ATE programs and hardware for the characterization, qualification, and production of SoC devices. You will develop and document comprehensive test plans for new devices, ensuring that all testing processes are efficient and effective. Your role will involve designing and debugging both software and hardware components, as well as coordinating with internal and external groups to facilitate smooth testing operations.

You will evaluate new products for their testability and operability, providing critical insights that will influence product development.
