Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience in analog/mixed-signal testing. You possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting sophisticated solutions to complex challenges. Your experience includes collaborating with design teams to evaluate IP testability and debug silicon, ensuring that every aspect of the testing process is meticulously planned and executed.

You are proficient in developing and documenting ATE test plans for new IPs and products, and you have a strong background in designing and debugging test software and hardware for production, characterization, and reliability testing. Your ability to coordinate test-related activities between internal and external groups showcases your strong communication skills and collaborative spirit.

Desirable

You have a preferred qualification of 10 years of relevant industry experience, which has equipped you with a deep understanding of high-speed digital and analog/mixed-signal IP testing. Your expertise in this area allows you to bring quality and efficient test solutions for volume production, making you a valuable asset to any engineering team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing ATE test programs for debug, characterization, qualification, and production of SoC devices. You will collaborate closely with DFT and design teams to evaluate IP testability and debug silicon, ensuring that the testing processes are robust and effective. Your work will involve designing and debugging test software and hardware, which is critical for production, characterization, and reliability testing.

You will bring innovative and efficient test solutions to volume production, coordinating test-related activities between various internal and external groups. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and performance of Apple’s next-generation processors and SoCs, enabling millions of customers to enjoy seamless and efficient device experiences.
