Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in ATE testing. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you thrive on solving complex engineering challenges. You possess strong collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with design and DFT teams to evaluate IP testability and debug silicon. Your technical expertise includes developing and documenting ATE test plans for new IPs and products, ensuring that you bring quality and efficient test solutions for volume production.

You are proficient in designing and debugging both software and hardware for production, characterization, and reliability testing. Your experience with high-speed digital and analog/mixed-signal IP testing makes you a valuable asset to the team. You understand the importance of coordinating test-related activities between internal and external groups, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing ATE test programs that are crucial for the debug, characterization, qualification, and production of SoC devices. You will collaborate closely with design teams to evaluate the testability of IPs and debug silicon, ensuring that all products meet Apple's high standards for performance and reliability. Your role will involve designing and debugging test software and hardware, which is essential for production and characterization testing.

You will also document ATE test plans for new IPs and products, providing clear guidelines for testing procedures. Your focus will be on delivering quality and efficient test solutions that can handle volume production demands. You will coordinate test-related activities with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the testing process.
