Job Description
Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience in Account Management, SaaS Sales, Customer Success, or a similar commercial role — you've successfully managed a high volume of accounts while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. You possess a strong ability to work autonomously in a regionalized timezone and manage competing priorities effectively.
Your proven track record demonstrates your capability in driving renewals, expansion, and churn prevention through data-driven decision making and automation. You are not just managing relationships; you are building predictable growth for your clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a high-volume portfolio of approximately 300 emerging business accounts, taking full ownership over renewals, expansion, and churn prevention. You will identify, forecast, and close upsell opportunities within your book of business to consistently meet individual revenue quotas. Proactively detecting at-risk accounts using product usage data and behavioral signals will be key, as you execute intervention plans to retain and grow revenue.
You will act as the commercial owner for your clients, clearly articulating the value of AppsFlyer’s platform and ensuring ROI alignment. Accurately managing your pipeline, forecasting deal cycles, and executing against clear action plans will be essential to your success. You will partner closely with the Customer Engagement team to drive customer satisfaction and long-term success, leveraging automation, AI, and scalable sales tools to optimize client touchpoints, prioritize accounts, and increase efficiency.
