Job Description
Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience in Account Management, SaaS Sales, or Customer Success, demonstrating a proven track record of managing a high volume of accounts while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must, and knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage. You are skilled in leveraging data to drive decision-making and have a strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
You excel in building relationships and articulating the value of a platform to ensure ROI alignment for your clients. Your ability to proactively detect at-risk accounts using product usage data and behavioral signals allows you to execute effective intervention plans to retain and grow revenue. You are comfortable managing pipelines, forecasting deal cycles, and executing against clear action plans.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own a high-volume portfolio of approximately 300 emerging business accounts, taking full ownership over renewals, expansion, and churn prevention. You will identify, forecast, and close upsell opportunities within your book of business to consistently meet individual revenue quotas. Partnering closely with the Customer Engagement team, you will drive customer satisfaction and long-term success.
You will leverage automation, AI, and scalable sales tools to optimize client touchpoints, prioritize accounts, and increase efficiency. Your role will involve acting as the commercial owner for your clients, ensuring that they receive the maximum value from AppsFlyerβs platform. You will accurately manage your pipeline and forecast deal cycles, executing against clear action plans to achieve your goals.
