Your experience working with small businesses has equipped you with the skills to understand their unique needs and challenges. You thrive in a high-volume environment, adept at managing multiple accounts simultaneously while ensuring each client receives the attention they deserve. Your customer-centric approach allows you to build strong relationships, fostering trust and loyalty among your clients.

You are proactive and results-driven, always looking for opportunities to expand your client base and enhance existing relationships. Your ability to qualify leads and guide potential customers through their buying journey is a key strength. You understand the importance of timely renewals and work diligently to minimize churn, ensuring that your clients continue to see value in the services you provide.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry, particularly with SaaS products, is a plus. Familiarity with no-code platforms or similar tools will help you connect with clients more effectively. A background in customer success or account management can also be beneficial, as it aligns with the responsibilities of this role.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Airtable, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 220 accounts, focusing on organizations with 0 to 50 employees. Your primary responsibilities will include driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and closing new client deals. You will proactively engage with existing customers to ensure seamless renewals and high retention rates. By understanding their workflows and use cases, you will help clients discover new ways to leverage Airtable's capabilities, ultimately increasing their footprint within the platform.

You will also be responsible for triaging inbound interest from prospective customers, qualifying leads, and guiding them through their buying journey. Your role will require you to maintain high levels of communication and support, ensuring that clients feel valued and understood throughout their experience with Airtable. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to share insights and strategies that can enhance overall performance and client satisfaction.
