You have a strong background in people operations, ideally with experience as a business partner in a corporate environment. You understand the nuances of talent management and can translate business objectives into actionable people strategies. Your ability to cultivate a high-performance mindset among leaders is key, as you provide coaching and guidance on performance management, career pathing, and employee development.

You maintain a deep understanding of business units and operations, ensuring that people and culture initiatives align with departmental goals while adhering to global standards. Your communication skills allow you to act as a trusted advisor, fostering relationships with leaders across the Americas region. You are adept at navigating complex organizational dynamics and can effectively advocate for team member needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the dedicated People & Culture advisor for the Americas region, collaborating closely with people leaders in the US and Canada. You will drive the people strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the overall business objectives and enhances the employee experience. Your responsibilities will include providing day-to-day performance management guidance, coaching leaders on best practices, and supporting them in navigating employee relations issues.

You will work with P&C Functional Directors to implement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and drive talent excellence. Your role will involve analyzing data to inform decisions and measure the effectiveness of people strategies. You will also participate in regional leadership meetings, contributing insights and recommendations that support the growth and development of the organization.
