You'll work closely with leadership to drive organizational alignment and talent strategy. This role requires deep knowledge of Canadian Labor Laws and experience in HR.

You have extensive experience in human resources, particularly in strategic partnering and advisory roles. Your background includes working closely with senior leadership to provide counsel on workforce planning and organizational design. You understand the nuances of labor laws, especially in Canada, and can navigate complex HR landscapes with ease.
You are a trusted advisor who thrives in collaborative environments, partnering with various teams to align HR strategies with business objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across departments is one of your key strengths. You are passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Commercial Officer and the Commerce leadership team. You will provide guidance on talent strategy, helping to shape the workforce to meet the organization's goals. Your responsibilities will include advising on organizational design and workforce planning, ensuring that the Commercial teams are well-supported and aligned with the company's mission.
You will also play a critical role in driving initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement. This includes collaborating with the broader People & Culture team to implement programs that support talent development and retention. You will be instrumental in shaping the culture within the Commercial organization, ensuring that it aligns with Prenuvo's values and objectives.
