What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the Prenuvo Clinics organization, which represents a significant portion of the company's workforce. You will be responsible for providing both tactical and strategic HR support, ensuring that clinic operators have the resources and guidance they need to thrive. Your role will involve driving organizational alignment and supporting the implementation of HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance.

You will collaborate closely with the Chief Medical Officer and their leadership team to address HR challenges and opportunities within the clinics. This includes developing and executing strategies that support recruitment, retention, and employee development. You will play a pivotal role in sustaining growth and strengthening compliance across the organization, ensuring that HR practices align with the company's mission and values.
