Who you are
You have a strong background in analytics and strategy, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role — you've successfully led data-driven initiatives that have shaped go-to-market strategies and influenced business decisions. Your expertise in SQL and data analysis allows you to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets, enabling you to forecast revenue accurately and support strategic planning.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Executive leadership — your ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner sets you apart. You understand the nuances of sales operations and how they impact overall business performance, making you a valuable partner in driving growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the modeling and forecasting efforts that underpin AppZen's go-to-market strategy — you'll develop and maintain revenue forecasts, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and market trends. Your analytical skills will be crucial in delivering insights that inform investment decisions and operational execution.
You will partner closely with Sales and Finance teams to build comprehensive models that reflect the company's unique spend profile — your insights will help shape how the business allocates resources and prioritizes initiatives. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales performance metrics, identifying trends, and recommending strategies for improvement.
As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making — your leadership will help foster an environment where data is at the forefront of strategic discussions.
