Who you are
You are a detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong organizational, testing, and writing skills. With 3-5 years of compliance experience, you have a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance reviews. You possess excellent oral and written communication skills, enabling you to confidently collaborate with various departments across the firm. Your highly organized and detail-oriented nature allows you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and exercising sound judgment. You are proficient in Microsoft Office suite and are a self-starter who can see tasks through to completion in a highly intellectual and collaborative environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide support for compliance reviews and other regulatory-related requirements. You will coordinate with internal teams in connection with requests for information and documentation, ensuring that all necessary materials are collected and reviewed. Your responsibilities will include performing preliminary reviews and testing of the information and documentation collected, as well as maintaining an organizational framework that tracks the status of requests, document submissions, and the review and approval process. You will also assist with ad hoc projects as needed, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Compliance Department.
