What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and supporting AQR's Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the needs of Business Development, Operations, and other key stakeholders. You will design and build new screens and functionalities, translating functional requirements into technical specifications. Testing functionality to identify bugs and ensure alignment with requirements will be a critical part of your responsibilities. You will also handle administration setup, ensuring that the Salesforce platform operates efficiently and effectively. Your contributions will help streamline business processes and improve data quality, enabling teams to deliver a better client experience. You will collaborate closely with various teams to understand their needs and provide scalable Salesforce solutions that support the firm's growth.
