Who you are
You have a strong background in Salesforce engineering with experience leading teams in a technical support environment. Your expertise in managing global support operations ensures that applications run smoothly and efficiently. You are skilled in establishing QA protocols and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring zero-defect production launches.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with global Product Managers and Developers. Your ability to translate roadmap requirements into comprehensive test plans is a key asset. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at identifying recurring technical issues to drive operational efficiency.
What you'll do
As the Lead Salesforce Engineer, you will mentor a specialized team of Support specialists and QA engineers, providing global coverage for GTM business applications. You will oversee the end-to-end QA lifecycle for Salesforce deployments and critical integrations, ensuring that all production launches are executed flawlessly. Your role will involve managing global support operations within Salesforce, optimizing ticket routing, resolution quality, and SLA compliance.
You will partner with global Product Managers and Developers to translate roadmap requirements into actionable test plans and support documentation. Your focus will be on stabilizing global support queues and establishing high-standard QA protocols for roadmap deployments. You will also drive operational efficiency by identifying and resolving recurring technical friction points, ensuring that the technology powering our global revenue remains robust and reliable.
