Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in account management, ideally within the gaming or entertainment industry. Your experience includes managing supplier relationships and ensuring operational excellence. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve common goals. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, especially when it comes to addressing supplier issues and maximizing content performance. You understand the importance of player experience and are passionate about curating quality relationships both internally and externally. You are proactive in seeking new opportunities and have a keen eye for competitive insights that can drive success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for several casino suppliers, ensuring that their needs are met and that any issues are resolved promptly. You will support the Senior Commercial Manager in onboarding new suppliers, negotiating contracts, and discussing performance metrics. Your focus will be on maximizing the performance of our Social Casino content and gathering insights on competitor offerings. You will collaborate closely with the wider Commercial team to ensure that we are delivering the best possible experience for our players. Your role will also involve analyzing market trends and player feedback to inform strategic decisions and enhance our product offerings.
