What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee Sophos' Commercial segment, focusing on businesses with 1 to 100 employees. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and expand Sophos' presence within this segment. You will collaborate closely with channel partners and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive growth and enhance customer engagement.
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting Sophos' advanced security solutions to meet those needs. Your proactive approach will help you establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Sophos.
You will also work with internal Channel Account Executives to align efforts and maximize the effectiveness of sales initiatives. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback will be crucial in refining strategies and improving service offerings.
