Who you are
You have extensive experience in legal leadership, ideally with a focus on healthcare or technology sectors. Your background includes managing legal teams and navigating complex regulatory environments, ensuring compliance and ethical standards are met across the organization. You are a strategic thinker who can assess legal risks and develop frameworks that support business objectives while safeguarding the company's interests.
You possess strong negotiation skills and have successfully led high-value commercial agreements in previous roles. Your ability to build relationships with executive leadership and cross-functional teams is key to your success, as you understand the importance of collaboration in achieving organizational goals. You are recognized as a trusted advisor, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making.
What you'll do
In your first three months, you will establish relationships with executive leadership and assess Arcadia's legal risk profile and governance structure. You will set key performance metrics for legal functions to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives. By the six-month mark, you will lead negotiations for high-value commercial agreements and support due diligence efforts for strategic deals. Your role will evolve to include mentoring a high-performing legal team and being recognized as a thought leader within the organization.
