Who you are

You are a transformational leader with a proven track record in building successful partnership programs. With extensive experience in managing agency relationships, you understand the nuances of the digital landscape and have a strategic mindset that allows you to architect comprehensive partnership strategies. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, enabling teams to thrive in a competitive environment. You possess strong financial acumen, having owned P&L responsibilities in previous roles, and are adept at setting clear growth targets and accountability metrics. You are passionate about elevating partner experiences and driving revenue growth through effective co-selling and co-marketing initiatives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will architect and execute a global agency partnership strategy that positions Pantheon as the preferred platform partner. You will design a multi-tiered partner program that enhances partner engagement and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include owning P&L for partnership-influenced and partnership-sourced revenue, ensuring that growth targets are met. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop tools and resources that empower partners to succeed. Additionally, you will establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and continuously refine strategies based on performance data. Your leadership will set an industry benchmark for partnership programs, driving Pantheon’s growth and market presence.

What we offer

Pantheon offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $285,000–$355,000 USD for the US and $317,000–$397,000 CAD for Canada. You will have the opportunity to work remotely while being part of a dynamic team that is committed to innovation and excellence in the WebOps space.
