You have 5+ years of experience in customer success management, ideally within the healthcare technology sector. Your background includes managing enterprise-level accounts and fostering long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the solutions provided. You possess a strong understanding of data analytics and how it can be applied to improve customer outcomes, making you a valuable asset in driving adoption and satisfaction.
You are a natural leader, having experience mentoring and guiding teams to achieve best-in-class customer outcomes. Your strategic thinking allows you to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, while your technical acumen helps you understand the complexities of healthcare data and technology. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with business objectives.
What you'll do
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Arcadia, you will take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customers, ensuring their needs are met and that they are achieving their business goals through the use of our platform. You will lead a team of Customer Success Managers, providing mentorship and guidance to help them excel in their roles. Your responsibilities will include driving customer adoption, managing customer health, and escalating risks when necessary to ensure proactive solutions are implemented.
You will also be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives within the Customer Success team, contributing to hiring and training efforts as the team grows. Your role will involve executing customer expansion strategies, ensuring that each customer maximizes the value of our solutions. Additionally, you will oversee contract renewals, ensuring that customers remain satisfied and engaged with our services.
