You have extensive experience in building and operationalizing research networks, ideally within the healthcare or life sciences sectors. Your background includes a strong understanding of payer-provider dynamics and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for research initiatives. You are recognized as a subject matter expert in scientific enablement, capable of designing effective operating models and standards that enhance collaboration across teams.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with various stakeholders, including researchers, providers, and life sciences organizations. Your strategic mindset enables you to bridge gaps between different communities, fostering alignment and execution in research-driven initiatives. You are passionate about improving healthcare through data and are committed to making a meaningful impact in the industry.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of the Arcadia Research Collective, establishing it as a credible and scalable research capability within the organization. You will be responsible for translating Arcadia’s payer-provider footprint into a repeatable research-grade capability that supports collaborative and funded research initiatives. Your efforts will focus on enhancing the feasibility and execution readiness of research projects, ensuring that they align with the needs of both providers and life sciences partners.

You will work closely with Account Managers and Commercial teams, enabling them to effectively engage in research-driven use cases. Your leadership will be crucial in delivering research publications and citations tied to ARC activity, demonstrating the impact of the collective on research confidence and scientific credibility in the market. You will also be tasked with establishing standards and best practices that facilitate collaboration between ARC participants and pharma/life sciences partners.
