Arcesium is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the execution and commercial alignment of their UBOR product, focusing on Investment Accounting. You'll collaborate with engineering and client development teams to ensure effective product delivery and positioning.

You have a strong background in product management, particularly in the financial technology sector, with a focus on Investment Accounting. Your experience includes leading product strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and market needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering and client development teams to deliver impactful solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product vision and strategy to diverse stakeholders. Your proactive ownership of projects ensures that you are always looking for ways to improve product offerings and enhance client satisfaction. You are comfortable navigating complex data-driven challenges and are adept at using analytics to inform decision-making.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the UBOR product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with both client needs and business objectives. You will work closely with engineering teams to oversee product delivery, ensuring that timelines and quality standards are met. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify opportunities for product expansion and evolution, as well as coordinating go-to-market strategies with the client and partner development teams.
You will engage with clients to gather feedback and insights, using this information to refine product features and enhance user experience. Your role will also involve defining success metrics and tracking product performance to ensure that the UBOR product meets its commercial goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on objectives and outcomes.
