You have extensive experience in product management, ideally with a focus on platform development and user experience. Your leadership skills are exceptional, and you have a proven track record of driving product strategy and execution in a collaborative environment. You thrive in a role where you can inspire teams and align product goals with company objectives.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable making data-driven decisions. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, allows you to translate complex ideas into actionable plans. You understand the importance of user feedback and are adept at incorporating it into product development.
You have a deep understanding of the web development landscape, particularly with platforms like WordPress and Drupal. Your experience in managing the product lifecycle from conception to launch equips you to oversee the development of scalable solutions that meet customer needs.
Desirable
Experience in a leadership role within a technology company is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools will help you excel in this position. A background in web operations or cloud services will be beneficial as you navigate the complexities of Pantheon’s platform.
What you'll do
As the Vice President of Product Management, you will define and drive the product strategy for Pantheon’s platform. You will articulate a clear vision that aligns with the company’s goals and oversee the platform roadmap, prioritizing features that deliver maximum value to customers. Your role will involve collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure that product development is aligned with user needs and business objectives.
You will lead a high-performing team of product managers, providing mentorship and guidance as they navigate the product lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, analyzing user feedback, and defining success metrics to measure the impact of product initiatives. You will also be responsible for communicating product updates and strategies to stakeholders across the organization.
In this key leadership role, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional results and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. You will work to enhance the user experience on Pantheon’s platform, ensuring that it remains a leader in the web operations space. What we offer
Pantheon offers a competitive salary range of $229,680 - $287,100 per year for this position. You will have the opportunity to work remotely while being part of a dynamic team that is passionate about empowering developers and marketers.
