You have a strong background in product consulting or management, ideally within the financial technology sector. Your experience includes acting as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and queries resolved efficiently. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, technology, and operations teams to enhance the overall client experience. What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for designated clients, ensuring effective query resolution and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
