Who you are
You have a strong background in product consulting or management, ideally within the financial technology sector. Your experience includes acting as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and queries resolved efficiently. You possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, allowing you to navigate complex client interactions with ease.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, technology, and operations teams to enhance the overall client experience. Your ability to understand client expectations and translate them into actionable insights is key to your success in this role. You are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance the services provided to clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for designated clients, ensuring effective query resolution and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive support to help end users efficiently navigate and utilize the Arcesium platform. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new clients and users, ensuring they have a seamless experience from the start.
