What you'll do

As a Scrum Master at ArdentMC, you will support Agile delivery for a Department of Homeland Security program. You will serve as the team facilitator, ensuring that Agile principles and best practices are followed to drive team performance and stakeholder collaboration. Your role will involve coaching team members on Agile methodologies, helping them to understand their roles and responsibilities within the framework.

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring that these meetings are productive and focused on delivering value. You will work closely with product owners to prioritize the backlog and ensure that the team is aligned on goals and deliverables.

You will also be responsible for identifying and removing impediments that may hinder the team's progress — your proactive approach will help maintain momentum and keep the team focused on their objectives. You will track team performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders, helping to drive continuous improvement.

In addition, you will collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches within the organization to share best practices and contribute to the overall Agile transformation efforts at ArdentMC. Your contributions will help shape the culture of Agile within the organization, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration.
