What you'll do

As a Backend Engineer at Asana, you will play a crucial role in the development of our leading work management platform. You will be responsible for building and owning a broad swath of the product, ensuring that backend processing logic is efficient and scalable. You will participate in every step of the product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design data models and implement interaction behaviors that enhance user experience.

You will engage in continuous deployment practices, allowing for rapid iteration and improvement of features. Your contributions will directly impact the productivity of teams using Asana, as you work to create a seamless experience for users. You will also be involved in post-launch reflection, analyzing user feedback and performance metrics to inform future enhancements.
