You have extensive experience in employee relations, serving as a trusted advisor on complex issues — your ability to navigate sensitive workplace conflicts and provide clear guidance is unmatched. You understand the importance of fostering a fair and inclusive employee experience, balancing risk management and compliance with cultural alignment. Your expertise in conducting thorough investigations ensures that all employee complaints and misconduct cases are handled with the utmost professionalism and care.
You are a strategic partner to People Partners and cross-functional teams, providing expert consultation on employee relations risks and employment law considerations. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively collaborate with business leaders, ensuring that corrective actions and decision-making processes are well-informed and aligned with company standards. You are committed to driving excellence in documentation and case management, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all employee relations matters.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the intake, assessment, investigation, and resolution of complex employee relations issues, including performance concerns and policy violations. You will serve as the escalation point for high-risk matters, providing clear guidance on investigation strategies and risk exposure. Your responsibilities will include conducting unbiased and timely investigations, ensuring that all findings are documented and aligned with legal standards.
You will provide expert consultation to People Partners and business leaders, helping them navigate employee relations risks and employment law considerations. Your role will involve driving excellence in employee relations documentation and case management, ensuring that all processes are accurate and consistent. You will also be responsible for fostering a fair and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported.
