Cardata is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the recruitment process and execute employer branding strategies. You'll work closely with various teams to understand business needs and develop ideal candidate profiles. This role requires at least 4 years of experience in recruitment within a SaaS technology company.

Who you are

You have at least 4 years of progressive experience in recruitment, particularly within a SaaS technology company. Your hands-on approach to talent acquisition means you thrive in the details of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews. You understand the importance of building relationships with key stakeholders, including GTM, Product, and Engineering leaders, to ensure that you can accurately translate business needs into effective recruitment strategies.

Your experience has equipped you with a strong understanding of employer branding and the ability to execute strategies that attract top talent. You are metrics-driven, consistently tracking recruitment-related metrics to inform decisions and make recommendations for improvement. You are adept at analyzing data to spot trends and address issues proactively, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process, from developing candidate profiles to executing sourcing strategies. You will lead training sessions on talent selection best practices, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the knowledge to make informed hiring decisions. Your ability to build relationships with various teams will be crucial as you work to understand the specific needs of each department and translate those into effective recruitment strategies.

You will regularly analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations. This role is not just about filling positions; it's about ensuring that Cardata attracts the right talent that aligns with its vision and values. You will also play a key role in enhancing the employer brand, ensuring that Cardata is seen as an employer of choice in the technology sector.
