You are a seasoned product leader with a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in leading product teams. You have a deep empathy for customers and excel in complex systems thinking, allowing you to create seamless customer experiences. Your ability to thrive on cross-functional collaboration is evident as you partner with engineering, design, user research, product marketing, and product leadership to deliver impactful solutions. You are excited about defining the Work Management category and inventing new ways for teams to work more efficiently together.

You have experience conceptualizing, launching, and iterating on products, and you understand the importance of translating customer needs into a compelling roadmap. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively engage with various stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on product vision and execution. You are passionate about building technology that drives positive change and fosters a culture of belonging.

Desirable

Experience with integrations on platforms such as Google, Microsoft, and Slack is a plus. Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in enhancing user experiences will set you apart. You are comfortable working in hybrid models and understand the dynamics of global teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Communications Integrations team at Asana, defining the experience for customers using Asana on frequently-visited channels and platforms. You will be responsible for bringing the power of Asana to these top platforms, ensuring that users can seamlessly integrate their workflows. Your role will involve collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to conceptualize and launch new features that enhance productivity and collaboration.

You will take part in every type of product work, from strategy to process improvements, ensuring that the product roadmap aligns with customer needs and market opportunities. You will also work with data science and experience research teams to gather insights that inform product decisions and drive user engagement.

Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute their ideas and expertise. You will mentor junior product managers and help them grow in their roles, ensuring that the team continuously improves its processes and outcomes.
