You have a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment, with experience leading teams to successfully hire technical talent. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of recruiters, guiding them in their efforts to attract and hire top technical talent for Asana's Warsaw office. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand hiring priorities and ensure your team is aligned with these goals. You will also be responsible for establishing and promoting Asana's talent brand strategy, enhancing awareness of the Warsaw office and its opportunities.
You will work closely with your team to develop innovative recruitment strategies that resonate with potential candidates. This includes leveraging various channels to reach diverse talent pools and ensuring that candidates are well-informed and delighted throughout the recruitment process. You will monitor recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
