Doctrine is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to enhance their recruitment processes and contribute to employer branding initiatives. You'll develop your knowledge of tech roles and manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing.

You have a strong background in talent acquisition, ideally with experience in tech recruitment. You understand the nuances of sourcing candidates and are skilled in building relationships with potential hires. You are proactive and enjoy the challenge of finding the right talent for various roles, particularly in Engineering and Product. You are committed to improving recruitment processes and enhancing the employer brand. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn about the tech industry.
Desirable
Experience in a startup or tech environment is a plus. Familiarity with employer branding strategies and initiatives will help you stand out. You are comfortable using various recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to closing offers. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. You will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, helping to position Doctrine as an attractive workplace for top talent. You will analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance the candidate experience.
