Who you are

You have a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly in recruiting for sales and growth roles. You understand the nuances of the hiring process and are adept at building relationships with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and define candidate profiles. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering a world-class candidate experience. Your strategic mindset allows you to leverage creative sourcing techniques and employer branding to attract top talent. You are data-driven, using recruiting metrics to continuously improve your processes and outcomes. You value diversity and authenticity, ensuring that your recruitment practices reflect these principles.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruiting process for various sales and go-to-market roles, including Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Sales Operations. You will partner closely with business leaders to understand their needs and build winning teams that drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include managing a high-quality pipeline of candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. You will track and analyze recruiting data to improve efficiency and effectiveness, while also delivering a personalized candidate experience. As the first Talent Acquisition Manager at Zefir, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization and its talent strategy.
