Assembled is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to build the marketing foundation for their workforce management platform. You'll focus on go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and storytelling. This role requires strong marketing skills and a collaborative mindset.

Who you are

You are a multi-disciplinary marketer with a strong background in product marketing and storytelling. You have experience in developing go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials that resonate with target audiences. Your analytical skills allow you to leverage data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive impact. You have a passion for customer support and understand the unique challenges faced by support teams in fast-growing companies.

Desirable

Experience in a startup environment or with high-growth companies is a plus. Familiarity with workforce management solutions or customer support technologies will help you hit the ground running. You are comfortable with digital marketing tools and platforms, and you have a knack for creating compelling narratives that engage customers and stakeholders alike.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build the product marketing foundation for Assembled's go-to-market approach. This includes developing a message house, creating detailed personas, and conducting competitor deep-dives to inform your strategies. You will take full creative control over how the company's story comes to life across various channels, including the website, demo videos, and sales pitches. You will collaborate with the sales team to create bullet-proof sales pitches that effectively communicate the value of Assembled's platform. Additionally, you will tackle big-picture storytelling at the brand, category, and investor-facing levels, ensuring that Assembled's narrative is clear and impactful.
