You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop testing protocols that align with product specifications. Your insights will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement in both product design and manufacturing processes. You will also be tasked with analyzing test data and providing actionable recommendations to enhance product reliability.
In addition to your testing responsibilities, you will play a key role in mentoring junior engineers and sharing your expertise in reliability testing practices. Your leadership will help foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the engineering team, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards before they reach customers.
