Overview
Astranis is hiring a Sales Director for the Americas to drive strategic sales efforts and close key deals across the region. You'll work closely with Engineering, Business Development, and the Executive team to expand the customer base and accelerate revenue growth. This role requires technical expertise and strong business acumen.

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the technology or telecommunications sectors, with a focus on strategic sales and customer relationship management. Your experience includes developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market presence across diverse regions. You possess strong technical knowledge of satellite communications and the ability to tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of various customers, including government agencies and large enterprises.
You are adept at building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including telecom providers and government agencies, ensuring that partnerships are mutually beneficial and aligned with business objectives. Your strong business acumen allows you to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies that capitalize on market trends and customer demands. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales success.
What you'll do
As the Sales Director for the Americas, you will own and drive the sales pipeline across North and South America, accelerating the sales cycle to secure key contracts and partnerships. You will collaborate with Engineering and Business Development teams to ensure that our satellite solutions meet the specific needs of our customers. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and developing tailored sales presentations that highlight the unique value of Astranis's offerings.
