Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, particularly within the financial sector, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise in crypto infrastructure use cases sets you apart, and you have a proven track record of closing complex deals. You are fluent in Spanish or Portuguese, which is preferred for this role, allowing you to effectively communicate with clients in the US and LATAM markets.
You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable working with a globally distributed team. Your ability to drive both outbound and inbound sales is complemented by your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. You understand the nuances of the crypto ecosystem and are passionate about making cryptocurrency a part of the everyday economy.
What you'll do
As the Sales Director for the Americas, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with major financial institutions. You will be responsible for driving sales initiatives in the US and LATAM markets, leveraging your knowledge of crypto infrastructure to educate potential clients on the benefits of Notabene's solutions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
You will develop and execute sales strategies that resonate with the unique needs of financial institutions, ensuring that Notabene's offerings are positioned effectively in the market.
